As part of getting back on track for the new year I popped a whole chicken in the slow cooker to start off the week on a good note!
It almost didn't fit in my teenie tiny slow cooker but I made it work!
1 Whole Fresh Chicken
1/2 an Onion, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste (I used Epicure Maple Bacon Sea Salt and Epicure 4 Pepper Blend)
Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker and set on High for 6 hours or Low for 8 hours.
